Our APIs enable seamless Pay In, Payout, AEPS, BBPS, DMT, UPI, QR, Travel, Verification, and Virtual Account operations for businesses and developers.

Using our APIs means you agree to maintain security of your API keys, follow RBI/NPCI regulations, and use services only for your registered business purpose.

Apispayment ensures enterprise-grade security, fast response times, and reliable API performance, helping your business grow with secure digital transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use our platform and APIs, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Complete KYC and onboarding verification.
  • Use services strictly for legal business purposes.
  • Follow all Indian laws, RBI, NPCI, and banking guidelines.

3. API Usage Rules

  • API keys must be kept confidential.
  • You are responsible for all API calls made from your account.
  • Misuse may lead to suspension or permanent termination.
  • No reverse engineering, scraping, or security bypassing allowed.

4. Payments, Transactions & Settlements

  • Settlement timelines depend on banks, NPCI, and partner processes.
  • Incorrect beneficiary details are the client's responsibility.
  • Disputes & chargebacks follow respective payment channel rules.
  • Failed transactions will be refunded as per bank & partner policies.

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent or illegal transactions.
  • Money laundering or unauthorized financial activities.
  • Using APIs for harmful, malicious, or abusive behavior.
  • Sharing API access with unauthorized individuals.

6. Service Availability

Apispayment aims for 24/7 uptime, but banking delays, network issues, or partner downtimes may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apispayment is not responsible for losses due to delays, system issues, network failure, or third-party downtime. Our liability is limited to the transaction amount or service fees collected.

8. Data Security & Privacy

All data is protected as per our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you agree not to misuse or store sensitive data beyond legal requirements.

9. Termination of Services

  • Violation of policies may lead to suspension or termination.
  • API keys will be deactivated immediately upon termination.
  • Outstanding balances must be cleared by the client.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, API documentation, designs, and intellectual property belong to Apispayment. Unauthorized copying or resale is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Patna, Bihar.
