Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

API-based financial transactions (UPI, AEPS, BBPS, DMT, Payout, Travel Bookings, etc.) cannot be cancelled once initiated or processed.

Cancellations are only possible when:

• The transaction is still in “Pending” state.
• The service provider/bank rejects the request.
• A technical error prevents completion.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under specific conditions as per RBI, NPCI, banking partners, and service provider rules.

• Failed or timeout transactions.
• Amount debited but service not delivered.
• Technical errors at bank / BBPS / UPI / AEPS server.
• Duplicate transactions.

Refund Timeline:

• UPI Refund: 24–72 hours
• AEPS Refund: 5–7 working days
• BBPS Refund: 2–5 working days
• Payout Reversal: Instant or up to 24 hours
• Bank Transfer Reversal: Depends on bank

3. No Refund Conditions

• Successful transactions will NOT be refunded.
• Wrong beneficiary/account details entered by the user.
• Transactions done for illegal, fraudulent, or restricted purposes.
• Customer dissatisfaction not related to technical failure.

4. Chargebacks

Chargebacks for card payments follow VISA/Mastercard/Rupay guidelines. Merchants must provide documents when required.

5. Travel Booking Refunds

• Subject to airline/hotel/bus operator policies.
• Refund time depends on supplier processing.
• API charges and convenience fees are non-refundable.

6. Dispute Resolution

All refund or dispute requests must include:

• Transaction ID
• Registered mobile or email
• Proof of debit (screenshot/statement)
• Issue description

Disputes are resolved within 3–7 working days depending on partner banks.
